Because of the nature of business (services), ALL SALES ARE FINAL and we do NOT offer refunds. We suggest you to clarify all questions you have in consultations prior to finalising the order.

Cancellation

Contract Based Projects

Cancellation will be governed by the terms specified in the contract. No cancellation is allowed for the imminent tranche of the project. For example, if a contract is 1 month long and divided into 4 parts for payment and delivery, the payment for the 1st part will be taken in advance and cannot be canceled.

Subscription based services

We may also offer services through other platforms like Discord or Freelancer/Upwork. You can cancel the subscription services through the portal dashboard of the respective platform. Cancellations must be made at least 2 days before the upcoming payment cycle. To cancel the subscription, access the portal dashboard of the platform where the subscription was purchased and follow the cancellation process outlined in the platform's documentation or guidelines.
